Bathroom Renovation

Paragon Construction did a fantastic job at our house. We enclosed a carport for a much needed master bath and closet. The completed project looks like it was part of the original house, not added later. I highly recommend Matt and his company.

When we bought a "recently renovated" house last year, it became apparent they had taken shortcuts everywhere. The worst place was with the subflooring. With the amount of rain this past summer and fall, the flooring was lifting and buckling. I contacted Matt and his team to take out a non-loadbearing wall and replace subflooring. They did a fantastic and most importantly a professional job when it came to doing it right and to code! They do an amazing job for a VERY reasonable price. They are now building a custom island for us!!! 😁😁😁

Matt and his workers were very thorough and professional. Matt stayed engaged with me and his crew throughout the project which I really appreciated. The quality of the work was impressive. When looking over the job to give me a quote, he didn't try to "up sell" any of it and even found ways to save money and accomplish an awesome outcome. This is the second time we have used Matt and his amazing crew. It was always easy to communicate with him and he always responded quickly. Estimates within 24 hours and stayed on budget. All the guys are friendly, polite and clean up after themselves each day! He will always be our go-to guy for anything we need.

We live in an older home and have, over the course of several years, struggled to find a reliable contractor to assist us. Paragon has become the go to crew for reliable and timely, quality work. The owner has been extremely communicative through multiple projects, and nothing short of amazing to my family and I.

If I could give Paragon Construction 10 stars I soooo would! A tree fell on my home and caused severe structural damage so I originally hired “Knl Solutions” who came and did a HORRIBLE job. They covered up black mold, rotted wood and did not waterproof the room. So every time it rained it flooded. They took my money and ran and refused to repair the damage. I was then referred to Matt and his team who came the same day I called, assessed the issue diagnosed it and DID NOT STOP until the work was done correctly. I’m 9 months pregnant and was concerned that the job wouldn’t be done before the baby came. But Matt assured me that we were in good hands and finished the job way sooner than we expected. I’m super satisfied and excited that I now have a new handyman/contractor who I can call and get any job around the house done the right way the first time for a reasonable price. ❤️ thanks again to Matt and his amazing team! Paragon construction truly outdid themselves on our project & I could not be more thankful! When they arrived, we had a mess of a truly unsafe structure by another “contractor”. The other guys left us a sagging roof, detached boards, extremely uneven concrete slab, leaking ceiling and some hideous workmanship. As well as sagging screens and epic disappointment. We had trusted the wrong people. But that’s another, unhappy story. The current situation couldn’t be further from that. Paragon Construction built a sunroom that has made my reading/relaxing/entertaining dreams come true. I can not wait to spend hours relaxing here, listening to the breeze in the trees. Every single detail is perfection. Every window has molding, the tile floor is perfectly laid in the herringbone pattern I requested, the actual windows surpass expectations and the roof was done so well it looks as if it was part of our original home. The work was done so quickly and very professionally. These guys take their job seriously. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, which as the homeowner is so important. In one single month we went from hideous to stunning and it’s all thanks to Shawn & Matt. I can’t thank you enough! I’m attaching before & after pictures. The before is the original before, the deck we never used. I will spare you the sad, hideous structure that sat on the slab before Paragon stepped in, it was bad.

Paragon Construction recently completed a bathroom remodel for us. They were very professional, on time, great workmanship, and great communication. The project was completed on time and in budget. We look forward to the next project with Paragon Construction!

I tried for several years to find someone who could extend my roof to cover my two upper decks. I contacted several contractors but none could figure out how to manage my roof lines. My neighbors had Paragon do an amazing job so I decided to try one more time to see if they could accomplish what I wanted done. They went way beyond my expectations! It looks amazing!! So far, we are the fourth in the neighborhood to use them and we’re all loving our new addition. Thank you Matt and Elio, you’re the best!

Matt and his team this past week; not only had an outstanding outcome on my projects, but they were persistent. These are guys I will always call upon because they are an honest company as well as getting the job done right. Hands down best company. The projects they did for my family were, a new tile shower, floor, faucets for all sinks, mailbox, and toilet paper rack holder. All were done exceptionally. Thanks Paragon!!!!!!

Had an issue with flooring being destroyed by water seepage. Matt and his crew were able to waterproof the issue and relay new flooring. They also completely replaced a 40+ tile shower (no small feat) with a wonderful grout free shower! The crew was friendly and cleaned up before leaving. I will definitively keep Paragon Construction and remodeling on my favorites list and cannot wait to show pics at work. Thank you! :)

Matt and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. Matt made appointments quickly, showed up on time and provided a quote within 24 hours. They started and finished project in a very reasonable timeline. They left a clean work area everyday. Everyone who worked on the project was respectful to my entire family. We turned our screened porch into a wonderful sunroom, bedroom and small bath. I’m so happy I entrusted this project to them.
